• It is your obligation to pay the return postage, and we do recommend you opt for tracking and confirmation numbers for verification and efficiency purposes. Note: We must receive the canister within 60 days from the original date of purchase for the refund to be valid.

• We will refund your entire order, excluding shipping costs, as long as all products purchased are returned.

• We encourage proper use of our products, so refunds will be initiated only after sufficient time has passed for a single customer to use Vocal Eze as directed.

Our Shipping Commitment Policy

We do our best to get your order out the door in 1-2 days (unless the order is received on a holiday or weekend). That means standard shipping usually takes 4-5 days ($5.95), expedited shipping 2-3 days ($17.50), and express 1-2- days ($27.50). Smart buying tip: when ordering more than $35 of remedies you will get a $5.95 discount on shipping. We currently only ship to the U.S. and Canada. International orders are not accepted at this time.
